Sales Commissions or Bonuses

These are cases where companies fail to pay commissions or bonuses promised to independent contractors or employees.  It can also include smaller companies that are cheated out of commissions for hard work they have done.  Under Alabama law, there are circumstances where you can recover not only the commissions owed to you but also triple the amount of commissions owed, plus attorney fees.   This is called the Sales Representatives Commission Contract Act.
